Setting Up Substack
Finally - Let's make it pretty
Well I’ve been on Substack for about a month now, or more. Today I finally sat down, tuned into YouTube and edited my profile. I think I’ve got it set up the way I like it so - enjoy. I see that it’s beneficial to add photos to my posts so that they are more appealing when a viewer comes across them.
In an attempt to organize my life, today I made a list of things that must be done. Simple small tasks like:
- deposit some checks I have, into my travel account. Tiny steps towards a distant goal.
-Organize my substack-which is more about fixing the layout and appearance-and that’s been completed.
-Review my cashapp and consider creating a new profile for travel savings.
-I’m creating a new task right now - how do I format my post-I don’t want all this space / extra lines.
-I have a list of articles that I want to write and post - not all for today but just a list of ideas. There’s a lot going on in my head.
-I launched my “Fund My Travel Campaign” so promoting that is on the list as well.
You may notice I switch between I/Me or Us/We because I’m the primary driver on the Travel Team but the members are always included. The members? Who are the members? Mostly my family; but also friends of mine or friends of my family.
